Our Black Truffle & Parmesan Cheese Sea Salt is a stunning blend of ground Italian black truffles from Abruzzo with Sicilian sea salt and parmesan cheese. The salt is finely ground and a tiny pinch delivers huge, delicious flavor.

Sprinkle on pasta, polenta, potatoes, popcorn, scrambled eggs, fish, french fries, etc. 

This blend uses 4% Italian black summer truffles. Each glass jar is filled with 2.5 oz of sea salt.
